We offer courses in coaching communication and leadership coaching.

Coaching communication improves the internal co-operation and contributes to increased customer benefit.

Coaching communication uses parts of the skills used in the professional coaching in the daily work. It can be in the relation between manager – employee, between employees and in relations to customers and suppliers. Coaching communication is also valuable in the different supportfunctions in the company such as Human Resources and Controller.

  • Coaching communication is a powerful way to create a more open, straight and clear communication where misunderstanding is avoided and important information is put forward.

  • Coaching communication increases the personal responsibility and gives personal initiative andcreativity more space.

  • Coaching communication increases the focus on goals and opportunities.

  • Coaching communication helps to create relationships that are more open, more direct and more flexible.

  • Coaching communication simplifies and improves the contact with customers. By using active listening and powerful questions the customers true needs will become more clear.

  • The customers will meet a more independent and creative employee who will see more possibilities than obstacles.

The content of the course

The International Coach Federation, ICF, is the largest, independent organization in the world for business and personal coaches with more than 11000 members.

ICF has defined 11 core coaching competences for professional coaching:

  • Meeting ethical guidelines and professional standards
  • Establishing the coaching agreement
  • Establishing trust and intimacy with the client
  • Coaching presence
  • Active listening
  • Powerful questioning
  • Direct communication
  • Creating awareness
  • Designing actions
  • Planning and goal setting
  • Managing progress and accountability

In the course you will get a basic presentation of these eleven competences and how they can be used in coaching communication in the work place.

 

Through theory, practical exercises and discussion we will explore more deeply the competences that are of most value in the daily work.

 

You will also have the opportunity to coach "for real".

 

The course is available in a shorter och a longer version:

 

1 whole day.

2 whole days with 4 weeks in between. You will recieve coaching on for occasions by an ICF-certified coach and you will get more possibilities to coach yourself and get feedback.

 

Leadership coaching.

 

This course is very similar to the one above, but the theory, exercises and discussions will be more based on the manager's situations.
