Strengths

We start with an inventory of your skills and what you want to develop. Together we review your strengths, what you are good at, what stimulates you and gives you energy. Here we develop a vision and clear picture of the work situation where you can give your very best - and feel the greatest joy. The method opens up for new ideas and new perspectives that can be of great help in finding a job.

Opportunities

The opportunities are out there somewhere; the trick is to find them. Together we make an environmental analysis. We make an inventory of your network – if you think broadly you can find unexpected opportunities for help. We also examine the labor market, both generally and in areas that are especially interesting for you.

Support

We support you with both coaching and practical guidance. We can help you write your CV and personal letters. If you want, you will get training in being interviewed. During the whole period you will have us as a sounding board where you can ventilate your thoughts, hopes and fears.
